The Team
Who We Are
Aidan Woods
Founder & CEO
Raised in Door County, Aidan acknowledges that snow has fallen as long as recorded history and will continue to. Therefore, preparation should reach far beyond the lifespan of a typical 25-year company. He designed Glacier to exceed 500+ years: grounded in safety, reliability, and long‑term land and social stewardship. With a focus on operational excellence and generational continuity, Aidan leads Glacier to be ready not just for the next storm, but for the next century, and then some.

Jared Heater
Snow Pro's Team Lead
Raised in Door County and ice fishing is Jared's winter ritual... and like a true Wisconsinite, he never gets cold. He knows that snow has fallen for as long as anyone can remember and it always will, which is why he approaches every storm with long‑term discipline and preparation. His expertise is rooted in the work itself: leading field crews, maintaining equipment to peak reliability, and ensuring every driveway and walkway is cleared with precision and care. Committed to Glacier’s 500‑year standard, he treats each storm as an opportunity to uphold safety, reliability, and responsible social and land stewardship. His leadership keeps our teams and our machines ready not just for the next snowfall, but for many more to come.
